Here is all you must do

Step 1: Purchase the battery replacement service on our website.

Step 2: Send the unit to us by UPS, FedEx or USPS, and enclose a copy of your receipt.

Step 3: When we receive the unit, we will send you a notification by email.

Step 4: We make sure the unit passes all the OEM tests and replace the battery , seals and screws .

Step 5: Your device is shipped back to you insured, via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. An email will be sent with your return tracking number.

If your unit fails any test and cannot be recertified, we will offer you full credit for the battery service plus a $25 trade in credit towards the purchase of a new unit through us at that time.
If you want the unit back, we will refund you the price of the battery service minus a $40 testing and return fee. The unit will be returned in a non-working state.
